I love this place! Everything about it is perfect, th service they provide and the staff at this place. They always make sure you feel welcome and your car is well taken care of. My forever car place for an oil change and can’t wait to use more of their service later on. The owner is so nice! 10000/10 !

Terrific experience this morning at The Garage Auto and Tire on Pine Ridge Rd. Started with a prompt call back from the manager Margaret after we got disconnected early in my initial call. So impressed that she took the time to initiate the quick call back. You don’t see that every day. I was calling about a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. Margaret suggested coming in between 9 and 9:30am. She happened to be outside when I arrived and warmly greeted me as I joked about how impressed I was with her earlier call back. My car was quickly driven into the garage by one of the service staff while my grandson and I made a b-line for the waiting area. There I was impressed once again this time by the waiting Keurig machine with my favorite coffee - Costco’s Kirkland brand Pacific Bold. While I waited I had the pleasure of seeing Margaret deal with customers, a job applicant and her staff with positivity, respect and genuine care for each interaction. I was thoroughly impressed. It got my day off to a great stress free start. My tire repair was done in no time and my car was pulled up and ready to go. I will be a regular customer as needs arise and would recommend The Ga

Margaret is a peach! Great customer service! Easy to talk to. She stayed up until 4pm to recieve my keys for an oil change! 3 conversations later I have my keys back and I'm out by 4:45! Love this place! Will keep coming back here!

I hardly leave reviews but Garage Auto helped me fix a car issue that took over a year to resolve after taking it to countless shops and no one being able to find the issue or fix it for a reasonable price. Margaret was so helpful in explaining the process and she was so knowledgeable that I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in her hands. I recommend Garage Auto for your car needs, great service and great prices.

This place was awesome! I was down in Naples for a few days and picked up a nail. They got me right in and out in about 20 minutes. Margaret at the Pine Ridge location was the best! Definitely recommended them to anyone in the Naples area. Thanks guys!!
